I exercise alott, but i feel like its not enough! I need to do more.
first thing in the morning i do 10 minutes on the elliptical with some stretching and maybe some situps,
in the afternoon I go for and 1hr 40 minute walk, around 6 i go to my dance class for an hour (sometimes 2hrs) when i get home i exercise again, 15-20 minutes on the elliptical, some squats and lunges, other exercises.
that's what my usual day is like. I NEVER feel satisfied after my workouts, I feel like I could be doing so much more!
on days when I am tired and I just sit around all day, I feel so lazy and sluggish!
I just HAVE to be moving at all times, when I don't I get really grumpy and start feeling fat
