I can grab rim which is about 4 inches ova, can I dunk an alley oop? My hands are 7 inches long. I usually just try to grab rim so I don't know exactly how much hand I get ova rim but I do know I get at least rim to palm. Have any one else done it that can't get there hand completely ova the rim?
