I can control wind can you am i alone?

hi im meghan im a girl who can control wind im a little freaked out because every time the wind blows I hear my name and see a ball of blue light in the sun i can move the wind with my hands its a little weird because im not used to it are there any others im only 10 im a little scared no one believes me i fell alone please let me know if you can control wind or if you believe I think we all control the basic elements wind water fire and earth please let me know im scared teach me more
 
I can control wind too, and sometimes animals. You don't need to be scared- whatever powers you have, you are meant to have them.
