I can connect to my home wireless but not anywhere else?

I had a virus and so i ran malware bytes and a registry cleaner, got the virus off but ever since doing that, now I can only connect to my home wireless and when i go to starbucks, etc. it wont even see the wireless....Any suggestions? I already reinstalled my dell drivers, I have a Dell Latitude E6400, its a work laptop and its on a domain. Thanks!
