Because I fail to obey a subpoena,
I call the police because my husband assaut me but I dont Want testify.
I ask the people of the court ,and they told me I dont have to go.
but on the letter is saing
IF YOU FALL TO OBEY THIS SUBPOENA,A WARRANT MAY BE ISSUE FOR YOUR ARREST ,AND YOU MAY E HELD IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.
Now...what is true ,what the people who works in the court house says ...or what the notice say.
Whats realy gona hapend if I dont go there?
