E Emily New member Feb 23, 2011 #1 work! im locked out!? Yes I was at the right apartment, yes it was the right key, no its not frozen and yes my bills are paid. I have called the apartment manager about 50 times with no answer. My key goes in but won't turn. What do I do?!
