I burn roughly 2000-2500 calories a day (running 6-7 miles, 1-1.5 hours of high energy basketball), I'm 6'1'' roughly 193, and I consume anywhere to 2000-2500 calories a day. Should I be eating more since I know I still burn at least 1000 or more calories just doing my everyday activities (walking, cleaning)? I'm trying to lose a little more body fat weight (5-10 lbs), maybe put back on that weight in muscle, essentially between 4-10% body fat level. Thank you for the insightful responses.
