I brought an xbox 360 game from the USA and an wanting to play it on my console?

The problem is that my console is a PAL console not a NTSC so was wondering what i can do to get it to work on my console. by chipping it or anything. As the game i brought never came out in my country and its to late now as ive already purchased the game and have it in front of me. So any help would be great. Thanks
