I brought a car a 90 buick riviera speed meter issue?

The car came with rims on it. the tires on ther rim is 225/55/17 but if the car had stock wheels it will be 205/70/15. will this make my speed meter go faster then what im going. I think the meter be going 10mile faster then Im driving. And can I get a different size of tire for the rims or do I have to stick with the 225/55/17
