okay.. So My Blackberry Pearl just turned off. I dropped it about 20 minutes before it did this but it was working just fine, and now the screen won't work. I've tried taking out the battery and leaving it out for a while, but it still won't work when it turns back on. I'm pretty sure that I still have insurance, I got a new phone a few months ago because my other one broke. Can I get a new one? And how do I get a new one if I can? Is there a way to do it online?
