I broke my thumb, had a cast, wrist hurts extremely now, football starts

tomorrow, what do i do? So I broke my thumb very slightly playing basketball, they said i would need a cast for 3-4 weeks, when they put my cast on, i noticed my wrist was bend downwards a good 45 degree angle, i thought it was normal i guess. When I took off my cast i felt severe pain trying to move my wrist up and down, there is also a bump on my wrist, feels like a bone, but it is about double the size of the other hand. Football starts tomorrow, I don't know what to do! HELP ME
