I broke my T-mobile wing's screen, what part(s) do I need?

I smacked my T-mobile wing's screen and now its cracked. Everything is a white blank when I turn it on and I know the phone itself still works because I managed to dial my house number with it........I know I can take the phone a part and change the screen out, but I need to know what part(s) I need (possible a current listing from ebay) to get it done.
