I broke three of them, It's too fragile with the USB port, it keeps getting ripped out when I stand up or trip on the cords when I forget to take them off, I bought a stronger headset but the quality just doesn't cut it, I need the rosetta stone headset without the USB and a plug you put in the back of your PC instead or a different headset that works just as well.
