I have a Nexus S, only a few months old, and it fell out of my pocket and the screen has cracked 
I pay the monthly $10 for insurance on my phone with Vodafone, so could someone please explain to me what I will need to do to claim this and get it fixed?
I understand I will have to pay an excess for insurance, how much is this expected to be?
Or can i get it fixed for free with warranty or something?
And do you expect they will just fix the screen, or replace the phone?
