and the seller said. " I took the phone to a Helio dealer
to reset it and do some maintance so you will get
a Helio certified phone with no issues" and my question is i know helio is with virgin mobile and the person said i took the phone to a helio dealer, and im with virgin mobile so does this mean i can or cant be with virgin mobile
