We all got three Acer laptops. And there was extra money spent so we'd have Microsoft Office 2010 on the computer and not have to order any CD's later. My brother got his to work by opening Microsoft Office 2010,exe and clicking the "free version". But when I click it, I have "I Already Purchased Office 2010" and "Purchase Online". But the free version isn't listed. And if I click "I Already Purchased" it asks for a production key, which my computer did not come with one (note that there is one on the bottom of the laptop but it's not labeled what it's for, and doesn't work in this instance). Also,,when I click "Computer", right next to the C: drive is the G: drive. And the G: drive is titled "Microsoft Office 2010 Click-to-Run (Protected)". But when I try to run it, I get an error message "Access is Denied". Anyone know what to do?
