It is not that big, I wears 9 size.
The heeled dress silver shoes are 9 1/2 with a strap behind, what can i do to make it smaller to 9 size?
Is there any special kind repairman or equiment I can buy? I don't want to just pin the strap behind , it will look lame and poor.
