N Natosha New member May 19, 2010 #1 ...it. Is it safe to use? I bought an acid perm that is for use on hair that used 30-40 volume developer. I think we may have used 20 volume when I bleached my hair. Is it still safe to use or should I return it and get the 20 volume perm?
