I bought a used car which broke down within the first week! now the dealer is

ignoring my calls to fix it? What can I do about that? they ignore my calls, then I drive almost an hour to go see them so they can fix it and they never show up? is there something I can do about this? how can I report this? I don't know anything about the legal system.. HELP! : * (
OKay well I bout the car and it had a three week warranty. The car broke down within the first week and I called to get it repaired. when I showed up! they said they didn't have time and then I showed up again and they weren't there! they kept giving me dates but not following through with their promises. I would drive an hour just to meet the dealers owner and when I would call his cell it be turned off and no one would ever show up.

You bought a used car! Unless some type of warranty was included, the dealer doesn't have to do anything for you. What do you mean "they fail to show up"? Isn't this a business you're dealing with? There's no excuse for them not taking your calls, but what is it you expect them to do?
