then...What are my options? I bought an used 05 chevy Equinox Friday evening, around 5:30pm. My husband was running late for work and we were excited and missed the fact that the two front tires are almost bald and the rear are not much better. I wouldn't have even noticed this if it hadn't rained 3 hours later as I was returning home from the store. I was hydroplaning like crazy. My husband called first thing Saturday morning to let them know of the problem and was told the manager would return our phone call Monday morning regarding this issue. Then Saturday night we had to make a quick errand and decided to take the Equinox. And we discovered that when we were pulling out into the highway it had a hard time switching gears and lurched/jumped when it switched into gears. With these issues we are just pissed and want to return the vehicle. Is there any laws regarding being able to return this or what are our options? HELP!!!
