I asked him if there are any problems with the car he said no. After I bought the car I learned that the Emergency brake does not work, heating does not work after he told me it did, he said the right turn signal at the front of the car was taken out for air exaust (when my mechanic said he just didn't want to fix it) and he said the brakes were replaced when they are obviously low. Do I have a case in small claims court?
I bought a used car, and the guy lied to me?
