The previous owner apparently owes a past due ballance on the account so the IMEI number is locked until they pay the acount off. Well I bought the phone for 100 bucks and I can't get ahold of the guy to get my money back....instinct tells me he knew about it! Any help? It is a Sanyo Incognito.
