I bought a ringtone from Verizon's online store yesterday, but I never received it.?

I went back onto my account, and the purchase has cleared, so it shows that I bought it.
Where is it? I tried calling customer service, but, of course, that was no help at all, because I couldn't even get past the computer options.

I'd go to a Verizon store and ask them, but I'm at college and there isn't one nearby.
Help?
