I bought a nokia n8 and have a feeling it is fake. How do I know?

I bought it online and it's quality is very low. I'm pretty sure it's not a 12megapixel camera, no chance. The promo video says it has angry birds and a driving game on it, but my one has some random ones and some chinese ones. I'm not happy, I was told it was an American company!
