I bought a Nintendo DS hard drive with 27 games in it. and i dont know how to connect

it to my PC plz help? so i got the games on my pc but i donno how to put them on my DS. do i need a special USB cable or sth?
because the hard drive is like 8GB and i really need to know how to connect it to my pc.
