I bought a brand new Lg optimus V online from the virginmobile website and recieved the phone in its packaage and everything. I decided not to activate until a while because im in finals and a phone is a distraction but this morning i went to go activate it and they said the serial number was bad, so i called the store and they said someone else had the same serial number as me and now its going to take them 1 to 4 days to fix this. My question is has this happened to any of you if so do you think they are going to be able to fix this if its already programed in the phone and if they don't will i got my money back or a new phone what do you think would happen?
