only be at Mazda dealership? They gave me a coupon for a first free oil change. My question is, is Mazda 3 the type of car that needs some kind of specialized oil/oil change that only a Mazda dealer can do? Or would it be totally fine if I got my oil changed at Midas/Jiffy Lube/My mechanic....because it's getting a little past 3000 miles and I need to get it changed. Also, anything else I need to do (service-wise) besides oil at 3000 miles.

I want to get it somewhere else because I'm already at 3200 miles and getting an appointment at the darn Mazda dealership is a headache and a half....the service shop there is run less efficiently than a blind whorehouse.
