I have a 2005 jeep liberty that I bought with 70,000 miles. The dealership I bought it from is 3 hours away. By the time I finally got it back home the same day I picked it up, the transmission went bad. There were three bad synchros and the gears grinded constantly.
I drove back down, with no reimbursement for gas. I had to pay for two vehicles so I could get a ride home because they wouldn't give me a loaner vehicle until they discovered what was wrong.
If my vehicle has a 90 day warranty, am I entitled to reimbursement for my gas? When can I call this POS a lemon?
