The day after I got it home I heard a squeeling noise and took it to a mechanic. He replaced a belt that cost me $100 then I started looking at the title and it said that it was a total loss claim. The seller said it had been in a little bump up and he replaced the bumper and painted it. The car looks great but I want my money back because I don't think it has as much value as I paid for it ($2000) On the back he check No to "Has this vehicle been in an accident that required over 25% of the fair value of the car repaired" What can I do ?
I'm in North Carolina. He mentioned it had been wrecked but don't think he said it had a salvaged title. It does have the salvaged title box checked on the back though.
Thanks to everyone for answering. I don't know how to reply other than here but if I said he didn't tell me how would the court decide?

You are right about the value of the car, you received a salvage title so this wreck is all yours.
As of the time of sale it was disclosed to you when you accepted the title.
