I've seen this before! Check the back of the radio, and make sure that the Speakers wires are pluged into the back of the radio(should be a blue plug). Also check the speaker wires close to the back of the radio, in case the last owner spliced the wires. Last, the prev. owner may have fumbled the wiring, and fed power back into the radio; and blew out the audio finial's in that case, you have a choice to have the radio professionally checked out by your nearest chrysler dealer, or you can replace it with an after market radio, or you can check with a auto salvage yard for an identical radio(but you need to have them test it in front of you, BEFORE you lay out the cash!), Last resort, purchase a replacement radio from the dealer(be prepaired to fork out some ching!!!).
