...dealer, they said no!? Bought it from neighbour, Car has 32k miles, and has a warranty card, took it to Dodge dealer, they refused my warranty work! Don't I have 3 years warranty? I barely had it for a week. Warranty should cover head gasket. How cash for clunkers work? Can I use it in my situation?
Thank you, I am retired vet. What I will do is park the car on sellers (neighbour) driveaway pretending transaction never happened. Can I sue him claiming that he stole my money? Obviously if I dont have the car, and am missing money, then I can revover my money faster. If I threten him on seing him, he will be scared and give back the money. I need it
