I was driving to work and my engine overheated. So i pulled over and let it cool down. When I tried to start it up it up it made a cranking noise. So I had it towed to my house. I noticed I had little coolant. When i pulled the dipstick to check the oil, I noticed the oil was yellow. So I did an oil change and out came this mustard looking gunk. So I figured I blew a head gasket. I think the engine may have gone to hydrolock. So what can I do to get my car running? Or should I give up an arm and a leg and have a mechanic fix it?

There is nothing you can do at this point. get a new vehicle. Changing the gasket is...too late. Yellow "gunk" in the oil pan means, trouble. Sorry my man.
