I bike 4 miles and jog about 1-2 miles a day, but..?

I have a hard time catching my breath and always get dizzy, so I stop after every 0.1 to 0.3 of a mile to regain my strength and breath, then continue. I bike and jog almost every day, but with all of the stopping to regain myself, will I ever see any progress of anything like muscle tone or weight loss???
 
yes you will see progress but are you sure that your drinking a lot of water??
that is the most important thing you should do!
drink more water and this can help your body stay hydrated and get less dizzy :]
 
You need to focus on your diet more. You are getting dizzy and lightheaded because you probly dont have enough carbs and protein. Try eating more fish, chicken, and vegetables. Also, after you run, try drinking chocolate milk. It has more electrolytes potassium and many other nutrients than most sport drinks like Gatorade. The chocolate flavor adds calories that you need to keep you from getting lightheaded. I hope i helped.
