make sure you only have one internet window at one time, your comp may just be a little slow when attaching photos, im guessing you are trying to send photo's via email or adding them to facebook. see if your c drive is a bit full just right click on the c drive in windows explorer and click on properties and see how much free space you have you may need to free some space. if that doesnt work then just keep trying.
