I bailed my brother out the hudson county jail 40k on new charges, & payed a 500.00 warrent from bergen county. They failed to release him form the hudson county jail and stated that he has new charges in the system: To be heard at the court house Friday am & he may get a new bail for the new charges. Requesting info as to how they can issue a new bail on a new charge instead of combining all current charges, being though it happen the same day. & why they did not release him to my custody
