I ate too much breakfast........help!!!?

Lately I've been trying to diet, and I'd do really good on losing weight. I'd skip breakfast, eat a low calorie lunch, eat a salad for dinner and exercise on my exercising bike for a half an hour and I'd lose a pound every two days. But then something comes up where I start eating unhealthy again or eating too much. This weekend there was birthday cake and ice cream for my brother's bday. So I ate some Sunday and Monday, and today I intended on eat healthier.

I was really really hungry this morning at breakfast, so I ate breakfast instead of skipping it. I wound up eating like 3 bowls of Frosted Mini Wheat cereal (you know, the little wheat squares with icing on them) with skim milk over them. That's way too much breakfast!!!

What should I eat for lunch and dinner?? I'm really stressing now because I want to lose weight, but a breakfast like that isn't going to help at all!!!!!! Plz, I really need some help!!!!


P.S.

Tonight I'm exercising for a half hour on my exercise bike again, and that usually burns 600-800 calories......

so plz...i need help X_x
But what does anyone think I should eat for the rest of the day????????????????????
 
first of all, you need to know that skipping breakfast is BAD. you NEED to eat breakfast to get your metabolism going in the morning. you will actually burn more calories that way throughout the day.

true, 3 bowls of frosted mini wheats is too much 0 but your body was telling you something important - it NEEDS FOOD IN THE MORNING!. try one bowl of mini wheats, some fruit, a glass of juice or milk. thats a nice balanced breakfast that will start your day off right.

remember - DONT SKIP BREAKFAST. you are sabotaging your weight loss plan if you do.
