I am trying to lose weight. I never eat after 8 but it's 10.30pm and I just ate a handful of walnuts (which contain a lot of calories!)... will I gain weight tomorrow morning?
lol no calm down u dont gain weight from night to morning. I ate a whole box of pizza and I'm still 160 lol, and remember is not when u eat is how much u eat. u can eat 2000 calories and go to sleep and not gain weight. if u go over ur calorie need then u gain weight.
