I was told you can't take a hot bath, such as in a hot tub or whirl pool. You are perfectly fine taking a warm bath, in fact doctors says that you will feel better if you take warm baths while pregnant. Just check the water with your wrist and if it’s too hot to touch, then it’s too hot to sit in.

You are going to be very uncomfortable for quite a while before a hot bath would do anything to your baby. Your body temperature has to be raised, and then stay that way for it to have an impact.

So, if you can get into a hot bath, sit comfortably, and not get sweaty, dizzy, or nauseous...then you're fine.

I take baths all the time and have never tested my water temperature. And I have a healthy 2yr old girl and am almost 30 weeks with a boy. :)
