...over. is it right??? Hi all,

I am wrking with religare securities from last two mnths and now i had got an offer from some other cmpny that is cairn energy(the world's fourth largest oil company).they have a brand name and paying me more also.....
so wat to do now???should i switch over or not???
and wat shud i tell my current employer the reason of leaving the job????
 
you have to do is best for you, just dont burn bridges with the current empoyer, be sincere, they will understand, business is business- dont make a habit of jobhopping-it will hurt you if you do it too often
 
Tell your new employer to give you two weeks so you can give your two weeks notice to your current employer so you won't totally just bail on them and still do your job normally up to your last day. Don't say you have a better offer or who you're going to, just say you learned alot from working there and it has been great but you want to explore and reach up higher.
