...that gets attention? I used to study at university in Canada in 2006 and dropped out due to low GPA. I have been taking online courses to develop study skills to go back, but no luck. I chose college programs in Fall 2009. This time I made great attendance, formed study group, handed every assignment in on time, spent a lot of time by myself trying to figure out and actively asking questions to professors in the lecture. I got all A's in my transcript at the end of the year. I have started volunteering in March 2010 and currently ate up to 25 hours. I also got two reference letters from my professors. They also asked for my high school transcript and I had them send it to all the universities that I have applied to. high school transcript also has average of 80 and I am telling you it is enough to get in, (If it was not good enough, I guess I never would've been able to attend university.)
So i have been writing down the letter past 3 days and I just would like to ask the world what I can do to make myself stand out? I know it has been long time and dramatic experience past three years but I am not a J.K Rowling and can't write the letter that wouldn't make me 9 out of 10 students who writes boring letters to admission. Help!
