My partner and I have created a coil and magnet system. We are able to fill our capacitor to 5 volts (the battery is 3.7 v); the coil is attached to a circuit board taken from a shake powered flashlight. When we plug the phone in no charging takes place but the volts all go away. What are we missing? Or doing wrong? We'd appreciate the help!
