I am with boost mobile & have the i856w and wanted to know why I cant receive phone

calls while on the web? Also why do I have to wait until it says message sent (text) to go on the web and how come in my calls history it doesnt show the date or at what times I received calls with the same # instead it only shows the time of the last call received and how come my phone only rings 3 times? Please help! Called customer service but they dont help at all
