I'm using Net Meter and after using TCP viewer/Netstat to make sure there are no open connections to anything the meter still reads at 5 - 15 kb/s constantly being used. I'm unsure if it has always done this but didn't notice it until now. Some google searches say it's open ports, some say it's normal, others say stealth you firewall. I did stealth it and still same result. Not sure but any input would be greatly appreciated.
I am using 'Net Meter' to track usage... atleast 5kb when idle?
