Does having push notifications turned on for Facebook and email use data constantly? Even when push notification enabled apps are closed and not running? Or does it only count data when the notification is actually received? And if so does it continue using the data until notification is checked?
I am unsure about what counts as data usage on Iphone4 for Verizon?
