After a day out i come back home to copy my pictures and videos from the memory card. I copy the pictures and put them in a external hard drive i have but the videos (the icon for the specific video is just grey, unlike the picture which has the picture as its icon) says it cannot play.
I have photo fun Studio which came with the camera i can view the videos there but when it automatically copy's them to the PC i am still unable to watch them, now i don't know if i need a specific software to view them.
