wreck, he had no insurance.? I want to put a judgment against him for my losses, such as 401k, real estate, wages, income tax, liens etc.. So what do I file this under in court? I need directions, help.
I had no uninsured motorist coverage on my policy. Dumb I know, I learned this lession the hard way. For what it is worth to all of you, don't let Ins. companies tell you what coverage to take, do your home work before you go and tell them what you want on your policy, they will not let you know about the importance of unisured motorist insurance, will sell you cheap insurance with little coverage. You get what you pay for.
I had to buy a new car, they don't come cheap. I had too pay extra Ins. fees for that new vehicle (Van). I have a big family , when the hurricanes come we got to get out of the way, some have no transportation. I had to put everything back the way the other vehicle was, because some of us are handicaped and have special needs. My mom is very old and depends on my transportation to take her to the doc. I had to rent cars to do this my Insurance did not cover this, so now I am in debt nfor that behind this person. Now when I add that up and by the way my other vehicle was paid for . Now I am way over 30,000.00 in debt.
