I always have a hard time knowing what to eat and what not. My mom tells me to eat normal just no junk food and once in a while fast food. Well i can do that, but well my workout is 5x a week running for an hour. Then eating i eat in the morning, like cereal, maybe eggs with something, or drink a glass of low fat milk with a banana. Then in lunch it depends i can eat nuts, fruit. It's hard since i go to college, and i am broke so buying at school is a big no. Then at home i eat anything my mom makes but when i am about to get a second serving lol My mom will start telling me " No more!" She limits what i eat, if it weren't for her i am sure i be more than overweight but obse. I need more advice on what i can eat. Since i am losing 5 pounds a month. What is the limit i can eat once a while fast food. Any advice appreciated, and what i can i do to keep myself motivated i don't want to fail, like i have in the past i am 19 so i want to lose everything by the age 20.j Which i am trying to lose main goal is 50 in 10 months. I once lost 15 pounds in 2 months. By just walking 5x a week and eating normal which means no junk food at age 15. I use to weigh 160 back then when i lost it all now i weigh 190 and 5'7. I am a girl. I think its because i have a binge problem. When i see a lot of food it's like i must eat one of everything. Any advice appreciate.
