I want to get in shape for football next year which starts in June pretty much. I also really want to gain muscle and ya know, lose my fat. Im average, i dont have much fat(just in the stomach/boobs) lol. I dont eat healthy and i dont plan on doing so. What would be a good schedule for lifting, running, and riding a bike. Thanks, oh and plus how much i should do to.
