I am trying to download Media player 11,?

I am trying to NO AVAIL to down load media player 11, I have checked and rechecked and I DO have everything that it is telling me that I need to have to download it.. But when I try, it pops up saying that I need the things I already have..Really getting ready to toss the puter off the balcony. Please help......
