...and i dont know why? starting yesterday i have been lagging out of about every game on xbox live and i dont know why. like when i start a game usually at the beginnning or the end it will boot me out of the party im in and i wont be able to hear anyone then it will say everyone quit except me. then after i get in the game lobby and lose experience it reconnects me to my xbox live party but not the game and it is getting really annoying and i was just wondering what it was and how can i fix it

I am wired with an ethernet cord and this has never happened b4 and i dont think anythings wrong with m router
